Hello, I'm Arun Ram, the CEO and Founder of Belfino. I'm a Software Engineer and Structural Engineering Architect founded Belfino as a successful venture of Arctech and Bonaventura. It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to our world of luxury watches. Our company Belfino was founded in 2016 in London, and we have since expanded to Dubai. Our mission since inception has been to offer the finest luxury watches to our loyal customers. Thank you for choosing us!

Shipping time will vary between 1 to 2 weeks depending upon international destination.

Items shipped locally will be delivered in 4 to 5 business days.

Shipped globally to most of the international destinations including Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey etc.

Eligibilty for free shipping will be mentioned under each item.

Certain countries levy duties and import tax on certain products which will be paid by belfino while shipping the item( confirmation on this will be mentioned under each item).

If we are unaware that duty fee was imposed on any item, we shall be obliged to pay the fee upon providing necessary identification and receipts.​
RETURNS

30 days return policy is offered with any manufacturing defect.

We will refund the entire item price.(we'll also refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error ) within 30 days of delivery of your shipment

If we had sold a defective product you can simply ask for replacement by contacting our support email in contact section (with your product code and description) and the item should be shipped back to us, upon which we will process after thorough inspection of the item.

A trackable shipping method should be used for returns of watches and jewellery.

All item packaging (boxes, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity must be returned with the item else it will be rejected.

The items must be in new and unworn condition in the original packaging.

Items that have been damaged or altered after delivery will not be accepted.​
